Reiki is a gentle, energy healing practice that originated in Japan in the early 20th century, founded by Mikao Usui. The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words:

• Rei — meaning universal
• Ki — meaning life force energy 

This universal life energy flows through all living beings. When it becomes blocked, depleted, or imbalanced, it can show up as emotional stress, physical tension, or feeling disconnected from yourself.

Reiki helps to clear these energetic blockages, restore balance, and support your body’s natural healing response.

This signature 60-minute Reiki experience blends hands-on Reiki with chakra alignment, crystal healing, and angelic guidance to support deep emotional and energetic restoration. Each session is intuitively guided and attuned to where your energy feels blocked, heavy, or depleted in the moment.

Working with gentle angelic frequencies of protection, clarity, and support, the session unfolds exactly as your energy needs—helping you release what no longer serves and reconnect with your inner calm. You’ll leave feeling grounded, lighter, and energetically renewed, aligned in both body and spirit.

Includes: 

• 60-minute in-person Reiki session
  A full-length Reiki session designed to support deep relaxation, energetic clearing, and nervous system balance.
• Infrared gemstone heating mat (hot stone–style support)
  You’ll rest on a full-body infrared heating mat infused with amethyst, obsidian, carnelian, yellow agate, and turquoise. As the mat gently warms, infrared heat penetrates deep into the body, helping muscles soften, circulation improve, and tension release from the inside out.
  Energetically, the gemstones support grounding, emotional stability, protection, heart-soothing, and intuitive calm. The heat also activates natural negative ions, creating an environment similar to being near the ocean or in nature — often experienced as deeply calming, centering, and restorative.
• Sound healing
  Soothing frequencies are woven into the session to calm the nervous system and encourage a meditative, parasympathetic state.
• Crystal support
  Intuitively selected crystals are placed or used to reinforce grounding, emotional balance, and energetic stability.
