Our 1:1 yoga sessions offer a fully personalized experience designed to support your body, mind, and energy. Whether you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or looking for a more intentional practice, each session meets you exactly where you are.
This is your space to slow down, move with awareness, and reconnect to your breath and body without pressure or overwhelm.
Every session is guided by how you’re feeling that day—so your body gets exactly what it needs, without pressure or overwhelm.
These sessions are perfect if you:
No experience is needed, just come as you are.
Each session begins with a quick check-in so we can meet your body where it is that day.
From there, you’ll be guided through a personalized flow that may include gentle stretching, slow strengthening, and breath-led movement—always at a pace that feels supportive, not rushed.
You won’t be trying to keep up or get it “right.” You’ll be guided, adjusted, and supported throughout.
