For Your Safety
- All mats and shared props are wiped down after every class and thoroughly cleaned weekly.
- Hand sanitizer is available for your use throughout the studio.
- Air filtration systems run during all business hours to keep our space clean and fresh.
- Please stay home if you’re feeling unwell, experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have tested positive for COVID-19, or have been in close contact with someone who has.
In Studio Guidelines
Attire
- Grip socks are required for all mat classes. Socks can be purchased at the studio if you don’t have your own. No shoes or bare feet allowed on mats.
- Wear comfortable workout clothes. Avoid exposing zippers, metal, or any other items that could damage the mats or props.
Injuries & Safety
- Share any injuries or pre-existing conditions with your instructor before class. Modifications can be provided, but we can only help if we know.
- Listen to your body and communicate with your instructor to ensure a safe and effective workout experience.
Arrival & Grace Period
- Arrive at least 5 minutes early to check in and set up for class. First-time clients should arrive 10 minutes early to sign a liability waiver and get familiar with the studio.
- A 5-minute grace period is offered for all classes. Arriving after this window will result in a no-show, and class credit will be lost.
- For private or duo sessions, the session ends at the scheduled time regardless of arrival.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Group Classes (Mat Classes)
- Classes must be canceled at least 10 hours before the scheduled start time to retain your credit.
- Late cancellations or no-shows result in the loss of class credit.
Waitlist Policy
- Waitlisted clients are added to classes up to 1 hour before class start. Notifications are sent via email or text (if subscribed).
- If a spot opens within the last hour, we contact waitlisted clients in order; spots are filled by those who respond first.
- Arrive early if you’re waitlisted. Our 5-minute grace period still applies.
- No penalties are applied if you don’t get into a waitlisted class.
Pricing & Membership Terms
New Clients
- One introductory class, a 10-class package, and new membership specials are available per client.
- Introductory classes are valid 1 month from purchase.
- Credits for late cancellations or no-shows are returned to your account.
Class Packages
- Single classes: valid 1 month from purchase.
- 3- and 5-class packages: valid 1 month.
- 10-class package: valid 3 months.
- 20-class package: valid 6 months.
- Packages are non-transferable.
Memberships
- Monthly memberships auto-renew. Unused classes do not roll over.
- Freeze requests must be emailed 72 hours in advance.
- Membership termination requires 30 days notice via email. Early termination may incur a $50 fee.
- Memberships can be frozen for a minimum of 1 week, with a $15/month freeze fee.
Prenatal & Postnatal Policy
- Prenatal classes are safe in any trimester. Postnatal clients can start at 6 weeks postpartum with a doctor clearance.
- After 12 weeks pregnant, we recommend enrolling in prenatal/postnatal or private sessions.
- Instructors may suggest modifications for safety and health concerns.
Other Policies
- Bags, shoes, and phones (on silent) should be stored in lockers during class.
- All sales are final. Prices are subject to change; clients will be notified of any updates.
